Business Continuity Plan Summary

S.G. Long & Company, in accordance with NASD regulation 3510, maintains and has plan to implement emergency procedures in the event of a significant business disruption (SBD). It is our goal to provide prompt and effective solutions to continue business with as minimal disruption as possible. We anticipate the possibility of internal or external SBDs and maintain procedures to effectively address either of these scenarios.

•  Internal SBDs affect only our firm's ability to communicate and do business, such as a fire in our building.

•  External SBDs prevent the operation of the securities markets or a number of firms, such as a terrorist attack, a city flood, or a wide-scale, regional disruption.

In the event of an internal SBD, S.G. Long & Company will immediately route all telephone calls through our toll free number, 800-823-8234 and set up operations at an alternate location. Information will be posted on our website at www.sglong.com to inform our customers of any alternatives means that may be available for them to send their orders to us. If necessary, we will advise our customers to place orders directly with our clearing firm. Our planned recovery time will be within 12 hours of the event.

In the event of an external SBD, S.G. Long & Company will continue to receive orders from our customers via telephone or in person. We will maintain the order in electronic or paper format, and deliver the order to our clearing firm by the fastest means available when the clearing firm resumes operations.

This plan is subject to modification. In the event of any significant change an updated summary will be promptly posted to our website at www.sglong.com . We disclose this information to all customers at the time of opening a new account, annually, or by request.
